Open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. and 1 hour prior to each performance during the academic year; closed during the summer
Accepted methods of payment include Cash, Check (made payable to Indiana University), Visa, Mastercard and Discover
The Box Office is located on the ground floor of Northside Hall, just east of the main entrance doors facing the St. Joseph River off of Northside Boulevard and directly across from the east entrance of the Campus Auditorium.
Ticket Policies
- Tickets are not refundable unless a performance has been rescheduled or cancelled.
- Tickets may be exchanged during regular Arts Box Office business hours, prior to the event for which they were originally purchased, during the current academic year.
- If you misplace your tickets, please call the Arts Box Office prior to the event to have your tickets reprinted.
